No, I’m not talking about shoes here! DIOR Rouge “ARA” RED can be worn with any pair of shoes!

A look I have gravitated towards since the fall has been wearing red lipstick or rather “a touch of rouge”!  While I personally do not like to wear a lot of eye makeup every day and often just can not spend the time each morning, there is something invigorating about finding a red that suits you! A red lip can change your mood. Glamorous and maybe a bit serious but it feels just right!

Above, I was wearing my Varda boots paired with my more casual snow coat they day after Christmas to view the scenic Pacific ocean on Whidbey Island. Surely not the best conditions for great hair so why not wear red lipstick! I did not plan to post this on here BUT felt it was fun and spontaneous! The other photo is the day before. It was cold but the ocean is very serene.

I have been told and do believe everyone has a red that suits their skin tone and works for them.

As I am sometimes just in a playful state of mind and take photos in the process, here is another photo where I embraced my love for rouge despite the approaching hurricane!
